Eldon James designs and manufactures a diverse line of plastic and stainless steel hose fittings with a superior single-barb design.
Eldon James fittings perform best when used with flexible tubing.
The barb sizes are designed for use with 1/16" to 1" Hose IDs. Threaded fittings use industry standard thread sizes ranging from #10-32 UNF to 1" NPT and a new line of BSPT. The size range for these fittings is 1/8" BSPT to 3/8" BSPT. The fittings are available in a wide variety of materials that cover a broad range of applications:

Polypropylene:
USP Class VI. Good chemical resistance.
PVDF:
NSF/ANSI 61, NSF/ANSI 51, USP Class VI. The ultimate for chemical and abrasive resistance, strength and durability.
Natural High Density Polyethylene (HDPE):
NSF/ANSI 61, NSF/ANSI 51. Good chemical resistance.
Black Nylon:
Automotive industry approved and suitable for marine.
Natural Nylon:
NSF/ANSI 61, NSF/ANSI 51
AGHDPE:
NSF/ANSI 61, NSF/ANSI 51. Antimicrobially protected.
Stainless Steel:

Eldon James' fittings are currently being used in applications that include automotive & marine, industrial, medical, chemical, agricultural, aviation, pure water and beverage, food processing, ink jet printing, biotech, laboratory, robotics, and scientific instruments.
